I am 31 years old.
Accelerated atherosclerosis, 3Xbypass surgery at 29 (youngest ever at the Heart Hospital in Indianapolis), LPA levels off the charts...I have many other contributory health concerns that may play a part as well as a genetic factor. My problem...HORRIBLE panic attacks. They are kept quite private and others would say that I seem able to handle life. I feel as if, I am incapable.
I need some advice, not from a professional, but from another patient. I haven't met anyone as young as myself that has a story as close to mine as yours.
Can you contact me? or offer some advice on how to deal with the fear of death or dying young or just advice in general?
Can you give me an email address or another way to get in contact with you?
