My pleasure, Dr. Helen. Consider yourself saved, and I will consider myself infinitely generous!
It's a giant printing machine. The trick is to get the newly printed money into your pocket as opposed to the unscrupulous banks, the bloated military, the nonsensical homeland security department, the ever-growing congressional staff, the bumbling car companies, irresponsible mortgage holders and pathetic people who disrespect their bodies.
You have to be creative, crafty and on top of your game. But it can be done. I have faith in you, Helen.
You've blown your cover, "Dr. Helen". You're just masquerading as a psychologist, when, in fact, you must be a member of Congress, or perhaps the California state legislature. I'm onto you.
I think those are only available to members of the SEIU and ACORN. For the rest of us, it is life as usual, bills, credit card statements, etc.
Things weere so much better for all of us when Bush was president for 8 years ...we had no national debt, no make-believe wars, health care for all, no recession, and all the privacy we could ever want. We did learn that the free market was anything but free.
The deficit in Obama's first year is over 4 times larger than the largest deficit under Bush and there's no end in sight. Today, the US government is borrowing (or printing) about 45 cents of every dollar it spends compared to 20 cents previously. Current projections are that the total national debt will double in the next 10 years. What about the years after that?
I was angry at Bush and the Republicans in Congress for spending too much, but Obama and the Democrats make them look like pikers.
I genuinely fear for the future of my grandchildren.
no fred, it`s not free. occasionally you have to fight for it.
and i`ve never met so many commentors on a blog without functional blogs of thier own....
I need to get one of those!
Fred demonstrates that Leftist arguments boil down to crying "But two wrongs do make a right!"
