New blog with a Galt theme

I just read at Michelle Malkin's place about a new blog called Galtslist.com that is definitely worth a read. I like the idea for a protest sign for tomorrow's Tax Day Tea Parties. Take a look. But if you carry one, make sure to watch out for the Department of Homeland Security --they might just be looking for you.

Intersting. There have been no tea parties in my area yet but I will definitely go if they have one.

Just NOW we're supposed to start looking out for DHS? How about from day one? Profiling is great! Unless you're the group being profiled. Maybe this is a good thing. Putting "Returning veterans" on the "watch list" can't be good for the longevity of the department. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will get dissolved. HA!

Is this use of the DHS the beginning of Obama's other army? Makes me think of a very old quote from Dr. Who:

"The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. Instead of altering their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit their views — which can be very uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering."

I blew $30 at staples on some posterboard, markers, and contact paper to rain-proof them, for three boards. I figure I'll bring some spares.
Three slogans, in ascending order of how much I like them:
1. Hail to the Community Organizer in Chief!
2. "Amendment Nine / Ye lousy swine / Amendment Ten / Try reading, then."
3. The 111th Congress could be replaced with a button marked 'THEFT'.
Thanks for the link. I think I'll print three copies and put them in the lower right corners.

That does look good. I have it bookmarked to my probable list and will see if the blog continues to pull it's weight. Gotta love enterprising inventive capitalism and it's creative people. The humor only helps. I just wish the situation was funny funny, not funny spooky, pun intended if in multi entendre. Or, something like that.
