The war against men has claimed another victim: their daughters.
In today’s America a man knows that he can be sued for workplace sexual harassment if he looks at a woman in the wrong way, if he makes a sexually suggestive remark, or if he touches her inappropriately.
He also knows that children, especially female children, are strictly off limits. Speak to his daughter in the wrong way and a man can find himself charged with child molestation. Even when the charges are false, it is very, very difficult to restore a reputation tarnished by the suspicion of child abuse.
It isn’t easy being a man in America today. The culture has made men into a threat, into the enemy of women and girls. ....
Today Time Magazine reports two surprising facts: first that girls who enjoy “open communication” with their fathers have a healthier attitude toward sex and dating than do girls who have less communication. ....
And second, that that, for all of the information that they have gleaned about human sexuality-- and they have certainly gleaned a great deal-- young women wish that they had learned more about men from their fathers.

Yet there are people who disbelieve that men have a slew of good reasons to avoid marriage and fatherhood. It is to laugh.

This is probably just one of those 908 coincidences where doing what liberals want leads to a dysfunctional society.
If my dog bit neighbors as often as liberal actions hurt the country I'd be called a felon. Liberals can and do deny their proposals will hurt the country. They hurt the country and the liberals deny they *meant* to hurt the country but insist we do the next thing on their list and ignore the warnings, again.
nf some period of time one of the icons of the false child abuse hysteria or the anti-man campaign will come forward and demand credit for discovering that children do lie and fathers are necessary. Then, the 30 million participants in the decades of hysteria will pretend their past hysteria was of no consequence and most in politics will deny liberals are trying to hurt the country.
National decline is a feature, not a bug, of the liberal operating system.

Yes...the criminal courts are clogged with men who "spoke to their daughters the wrong way."

Actually, the statements should be corrected to "a man knows he can be sued for sexual harassment at the mere whim of a woman even when there is nothing to indicate the occurrence of the crime. A woman does not have to fear a man unless she actually does something inappropriate and even in that case, she mostly gets a free pass."

Marry the woman you like enough to sit next to at work for 30 years and avoid the single purpose hotties.
Yes...as a father of a step-daughter I was very aware of how 'easy' it is to make a false allegation.
Now I have disowned my two former daughters? Now I openly say to people they so disgust me that the world would be a better place without them? Men listen to that and really hear something. Women just hurl more cow-shit abuse.

that is terrible advice. The best advice a young man can get is that western women are now liars and hypocrites in the VAST MAJORITY and to never marry one, never have children, and never create any sort of liability or agreement with a woman.
Western women claim the 'right' to commit perjury in courts and the REST of the women support this right by remaining silent about it.
It's about time young men were told the truth.

It is overdrawn and misplaced, inasmuch as it confounds an unusual situation (albeit one much more common than was the case fifty years ago) with the mundane. However, it is undeniable that two social and three cultural phenomena have driven wedges between fathers and their children and vitiated any sense of vocation a man might acquire and maintain in acting as a father.

If you could tell men how to identify that woman, you could sell the secret and retire tomorrow. That is, after all, likely who they thought they were marrying.
