I must say I'm not that hot on this idea. I have better uses for my time than writing notes to Congressmen that will sit in a huge pile. Politicians reflect their constituencies, so I am much more inclined to spend my time blogging and germinating opinion among the public at large.
And as we've seen with health care reform, once they've made up their minds they really don't listen to their constituents.
Aggie,They do, because they want to get re-elected - but the plan is to pass a govie benefits program over the objections of the people, then get the people hooked on the free cash and remind them where it's coming from.
