"I got too many Brown voters."

This morning while checking around the blogosphere on the Massachusetts race, I saw this update from a reader at the left-leaning blog Talking Points Memo:

I called into Mass. today via Organizing for America and it did not give me a good feeling about tomorrow. The people I spoke with who said they would vote for Coakley were clearly already going to the polls; my call wasn't necessary. But considering that I was presumably calling a list of reliably Democratic voters (the script was GOTV, not persuasion), I got too many Brown voters.

I am hoping this is indicative of how things will go tonight, too many Brown voters!

At first, I thought someone was being a racist (OK, so I read it too fast). We don't want brown voters, we want white ones.

Seriously, I agree. What a shake-up this could be in MA and the rest of the country.

What a statement about Obama and the Democrats if the Democrats lose Ted Kennedy's seat.

Oh, nice and all, but I thought I should correct the source. There can't be too many Brown voters. ;p

I have not much use for Brown, a candidate who on a video announced that OBAMA was illegitimate! Some fine addition to the Senate that will make.

What's so bad about Brown agreeing with Michelle Obama?

Yeah fred,

Because Coakley is so much better? Mailer accusing brown to deny rape victims treatment, curling iron prosecution.

It just sucks that he has a really good shot at winning, and that kicks Obama's health care crap right in the ass. Sucks, doesn't it?

An illegitimate child is a condition, and had no bearing on the child, but on the parents. One either is, or is not.

Speaking as an illegitimate child who was adopted, I have no problems with that fact of my birth as I see it as accurate but inconsequential.

Why is it so important to you fred?

I just watched a clip of the video. Brown is making the point that Mr. Obama's mother was 18 when she had him, another commenter interrupts and says "And married."

Then Brown laughs a little, looking uncomfortable, and responds "Well, I don't know about that. But the important thing is . . ."

Of course at fire canine pond, this is a horrid and disgusting act. It is clear from the video that they snipped the aside and discarded the meat. In reality it was at worst a little snipe and at best accurate. I know not which, but this is manufactured outrage and not worth noting.

I mean it is not like he hates rape victims or anything. I hope fred, you can see the laughable hyperextension of these so called criticisms. They are as minute as the complaints of Obama not wearing a flag pin.

I am sure that there are legit reasons that you would not vote for Brown, I encourage you to air those reasons rather than this fluff. It would be good for your credibility.

Typical 'liberal' approach to any information. Hence, my distrust of people who call themselves 'liberal'. I've yet to meet one that is REALLY what anyone in their 'right' mind would say they are such. [Note: Oddly enough that seems to apply to a lot of people that call themselves 'conservative' too. ESPECIALLY when it comes to matters of a religious discussion.]

Whether actually or only figuratively illegitimate, the term for that fits Obama and his political career well.

....of the REAL form. As opposed to whomever Charlie (Colorado) Martin accuses of being such because he doesn't like what they have to say.
