Just another slip of the tongue, no doubt, or the absolute truth slipping out once again, despite his best efforts?
Mr. Schweizer has it exactly right about the delta between words and deeds here.
Isn't there an old adage that you shouldn't pay attention to what a man says but watch what he does? Obama may make a comforting noise or two about not being anti-business (why does he actually feel compelled to stress that?)but the evidence based on what he does makes it overwhelmingly clear that he has a near visceral hatred of the private sector. How much more evidence to people really need to get this.
What struck me most was the part about how Obama, in his brief experience with the corporate world, felt like "a spy behind enemy lines."
I think that one line explains a lot about him. A person feels like a spy behind enemy lines when the value system he has internalized is totally out of whack with the value system of the people around him.
That Obama would feel like a spy behind enemy lines in the corporate world speaks volumes about his internal value system -- as does Michelle's exhortation to "move out of the money-making industry into the helping industry."
This value system was neatly encapsulated for me by a bumper sticker I recently saw which read: "People Not Profit!"
There are so many things wrong with that slogan, it's hard to know where to start, but basically I think the main flaw is that it assumes that "people" and "profit" are mutually exclusive, that the only way to have one is to sacrifice the other.
In actuality we need both. A better bumper sticker would read: "People And Profit!" It is profit, generated by business activity, which provides the funds to help take care of those people who cannot take care of themselves.
To try to care for people at the expense of profit leads to the misery of Communism. To seek profit at the expense of people leads to horrors like those described by Upton Sinclair in The Jungle.
People and profit are warp and woof of the social and economic fabric of a compassionate and capitalistic society like America. If America is to remain a healthy, thriving country we need both people and profit.
Obama has told us so very much about himself, and yet it seems as if nobody is listening. He has told us he hates just about everything about this country, and he has said it over and over again, and yet the brain dead keep shouting, "Yes we can."

I agree with what you said, certain folks believe he can do no wrong. It's blind faith which I can't understand. These people cannot hear reason they won't! The money troubles that Bush created has fallen on Obama, this is not his war but the actions that he has taken I don't understand. What is his endgame??? Whatever it is? It's not good. We just can't keep going in the direction we're going without a catastrophy, the only thing that our government is going to have thats worth anything is land the USA. And that scares the hell out of me! And yet it has to be true about the majority of Americans as being morons, how can these people not see this. It's incredible.
