You're All Geniuses
Thanks to the Anchoress who sucked me into a couple of quizzes where I learned alot--okay mostly about how to waste time. First, I found out that the reading level of this blog is Genius! That makes all my readers geniuses--given the good taste you have in reading material, can't say that I'm surprised.

You altered the font!
My blog is rated high school! It is about movies so that's probably appropriate.
My inner European is French: "Smart and sophisticated. You have the best of everything - at least, *you* think so." With Sarkozy in power I guess it's okay to like the French. :)
My blog was high school also. That is partly because, having some journalism training and having worked at a newspaper, I purposely control my erudition in order to more effectively communicate with the masses. :-)

I think that "readability" site is a fake. I entered a number of websites into it and the answers are, shall we say, inconsistent?
When "The Volokh Conspiracy" and "EconLog" are rated at elementary school level, there's something wrong! Also, TCSCentral is rated as high school level.
Of course I know that as one of your readers, I am a genius.
I think I might be a little concerned having some of their java code embedded on my website. Just a thought!

Yes, I realize it's a fake, I did the same thing--put in various blogs--and it seems that the high traffic blogs are all junior high level which makes no sense at all. It's just a joke though. Although not for the readers here of course, who I am sure are well over the 140 IQ level.
I'm French too although for several of the questions the correct answer was "none of the above."
The NY times magazine and my web site came up Jr. High. Seems questionable.

After reading that, go to wikipedia, and look up Saul Alinsky. Read that entire article, too. Interesting.
I know this blog tries to stay away from heavy politics and stay more on men's and social issues. But reading up on Saul Alinsky (go to Barnes and Nobles and look up "Rules for Radicals" and read the excerpts. The book seems to be the left wing radical bible. Perhaps the secret is out. Hillary is a huge fan. Wrote her college thesis on the guy.
Dont have a blog, so, I will assume that if I had a blog, it woudl be Genius.

Well, its reasoning is a bit specious, I think.
I put in my front page- highschool
2nd page- college undergrad
I went to the Options and made it display 40 instead of 10 posts on the front page:

All its most likely doing is counting the big words you use. Lately, in the summaries (it doesn't hit the Read More button) of my latest posts, I apparently used bigger words last week, so I get a higher reading. When you take 40 summaries into account, I'm a post grad genius. I would also conjecture the postulate that its accumulating the aggregate of multi-syllabic words you're endevouring to incorporate in your jeramiads, rodomontades or pedantic pontifications.
It also doesn't measure if you've used all these big words correctly.
So, its a fun exercise, but there's something to be said for communicating accurately and succinctly and not having to resort to word-whoring.
